Option+ Sleep Aid Liquid Fastgels 20 Capsules

Relieves occasional sleeplessness.

Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older: take 1 capsule at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor; if you feel drowsy in the morning, consult a doctor or pharmacist as you may require a lower dosage (25mg); do not take more than directed.

Warnings: Dosage Warning: occasional use only; do not exceed recommended dose unless advised by a doctor. Do not use: if you are elderly and experience confusion at nighttime since this drug may produce excitation rather than sedation and should be avoided;  with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin; in children under 12 years of age. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: have: glaucoma; asthma; chronic lung disease; difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate; are: pregnant or breastfeeding; take: sedatives or tranquilizers; other medication. When using this product: avoid alcohol; persisting drowsiness may occur. Stop use and ask a doctor if: sleeplessness lasts more than 2 weeks as this may be a symptom of a serious underlying condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you have no signs or symptoms.

Active Ingredient (in each capsule): Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg – Nighttime sleep aid.

Inactive Ingredients: FD&C Blue No. 1, gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide.
